Indeed, time and my own very poor planning! I only had a vague notion of the story as I made it, hoping it would gel in time (it didn’t) and it’s made worse by how much temp art I left in. FWIW you successfully got to the end, that last pick up was supposed to be invincibility to then smash all the hazards and the machine powering them, which I did not actually make in. I’m glad the played well enough, I’ll be working on it post jam, hopefully into something really worth playing.

Ah, that explains why there were two messages about unlocking the jump)) I also made a lot of mistakes because I didn't plan my time correctly)) Actually, it would be interesting to create a large tower where the player has to ascend level by level; I think it would be fun
