I mean if it says in the recollec room "you probably don't want to see that scene" it means you have futa on male off.
And their content is pretty straightforward to get so that would be my bet. But then I don't understand how you got brendan content or why futa on male switched to off midway. (it's supposedly not possible at all.)
If the only brendan scene that work fine is after actually forcing it through my avatar yeah that means you got futa on male off.
You can still force that one scene on despite the filter just because I knew this wouldn't be causing any bug.
But brendan also has another scene prior to that, very very early in the game (with Nemona), and I doubt you're able to see that one.
