This is not something I can fix. It happens to about 30% of android players and there's a warning about it in the game description. Since it depends on the hardware used I have no idea how and why this happens.
If you want to play on android and have every scene : use Joyplay
As I'm saying everytime I get this kind of question. This game is already going to be tooooo long. I don't want to add too much onto it. I have plans for a second game and I'd like this one not to take me 20 years to finish. (It's already probably going to take me around 5 to 10 years so...)
Let me guess ? You play on android right ? Then you've probably got the problem where only a handful of animations are showing. It happens for about 30% of the players using the apk. Don't know why, don't know how but at least you know why you don't have many animations. (Cuz there are actually more than 400 in the game)
If you're stuck during the "quest", then there is something you can still do probably a glowing spot somewhere. If the problem is that you're missing something to start the second night excursion, then you're missing something with Ino which unlock after progressing every girl enough to get taught by Naruto.
Alors non ca c'est un probleme de ton coté. Rpg maker n'a aucun probleme de suppression de sauvegarde. Soit t'as pas décompressé l'archive soit tu fait quelquechose d'autre qui pose probleme.
95% of the time being blocked in Chapter 2 is equal to having to progress every girl until you can do something with Naruto. (even with futa on male off). And then talking to Ino.
Also you can go out of the pokemon village by just going down once you've finished the intro of chapter 3
Yeah it is bugged right now. You can get it from randomness but if you try to talk to faust it doesn't work. + Once you try to talk to faust I messed up and it doesn't randomly change anymore. Will be patched along with chapter 4
What he said is not entirely true as mana infused mushrooms are available in the cave. Which means you only need 1 scene with each of the starting girl (+ genderbent izuku). For the rest it's correct I think.
Only reason for that I can imagine is : did you properly extract the game ? Rpgm doesn't really have any reasons to delete your saves. So Idk and I can't help you out.
You can find in the archive you downloaded a save folder with saves leading to various point of the game. That may help get your progression back.
It's hard for me to give precise info with that. If it's Ino being depressed and you need to progress her, then you need to have progressed Naruto enough. Which implies progressing every other girl.

If you haven't unlocked the cave, this means you're missing a scene. You can refer to the ingredient gdoc, there's a bit of the prerequisites written in it.
My patreon does have a mac version BUT I'm not even sure if it works nor how to make it work. Which is why it's only on my patreon. (it's public though, you don't need to sub or anything)
There is at least another character who will get the Izuku treatment. For the rest I'm not too sure. In terms of what I use it's fairly simple. Koikatsu for animating, Aseprite for spritework, Rpgmaker for the game itself and that's about all you need.
Yeah it's Koikatsu (sunshine in my case but it doesn't matter) thought it's heavily modded for the added functionnality in the studio. The steam version should work fine but you'd still need Better Repack and other mods
Next to the merchant house there's some rock you can break. Also interacting with the shack in the forest again can start chapter 3 if not already done.
