Its says my graphics card is compatible with directx 11.
I also searched up about it.

No i don't think you do. You can try and see if it makes difference but i did more research and it may not be the issue in your case since you do have directx 11 compatibility.
I have a problem too but i dont know how to resolve this error... ;-;
My computer are Win10,compatible with directx11 and i cant play.
