those are all scenes you find exploring the mole dungeon thoroughly (the office mole if you chose to be a whore at the beginning of it, the mole that asks you to go retrieve the pickaxe, the tent mole north, the bathhouse orgy with no CG yet and the behir in the waterway opening the secret path south after turning the valves in the locked room around there).
the dungeon is accessed after the town's election day btw, so you can't miss it, my guide also has more info.
