why not make a DX version of it and sell it through the modretro store?
never really though about that :O currently BitmapSoft has the rights for it on their site
dont they only have rights on the original?
if you make a DX version with enough changes maybe you can get away with that.
they might have helped Dragonyhm's developer moving their rights as well. perhaps that can be arranged?
