if you make a DX version with enough changes maybe you can get away with that.

they might have helped Dragonyhm's developer moving their rights as well. perhaps that can be arranged?

love it, i just think it could use a DX upgrade. 

why don't you launch one with the modretro team? i think now is the perfect time for that.
