As said before, very cool game mechanic and very well executed. Nice usage of varying blocks. The explosion sfx was pretty loud compared to the rest and little jarring when I first heard it. If you pursue it further, maybe you could explore the platformer aspect a little more (powerups, enemies, 'attack' blocks). Neat entry and nice usage of the theme.
