found it rat poisonbtw if you off yourself by the rats and you dont have rat poison with you your softlocked
You can simply die to the ghosts.

Battle minigame needs to be switched on. If not, you really need extra rat poison to leave.Alternatively, wait for the next patch, I'll let the player suicide.
