found it rat poisonbtw if you off yourself by the rats and you dont have rat poison with you your softlocked
after i fed Bernadette, after the patch she does not talk about the ntr stuff.
What do i do now? No new quest and i cant leave or better to say i have not found a way to leave.no new event trigger just endless Battles.
