Nope. Steam TOS doesn't allow anyone who uses Ai Shoujo, HS2, Koikatsu, or any programs that belong to someone else to publish that on Steam. Else I'd have WCA on there.
IllusionSoft is out of business, unfortunately, so I don't think I'd have to worry too much about them. I should still be able to sell it outside of Steam, as platforms like Itch.io don't have the same TOS as Steam does.
