Hi Ofihombre - unfortunately I don't think this is something I will be able to resolve myself at this time since the lighting/shadows are handled by Godot's renderer. For now, the only thing I can suggest is to try disabling shadows for your map's directional light under the Properties panel as they can be glitchy sometimes. With Godot's new GLES 3.0 renderer coming in the next few months though, it should hopefully solve these issues and probably even allow for some nicer looking lighting and shadows.

Well, I understand, it's a Godot engine thing, but at least, I've reduced those anomalous light effects by removing the shadow blur.
