The end was here and it was beautiful, I am not sure if I missed an ending but I did not want to replay everything after *SPOILER* disconnecting barbara */* but what I did play was really good, this chapter felt kinda weird, I am not sure why but it has some of the best moments in the series, including the one I just mention, THE HUG, the mom dismemberment moment, and the endings of course.

The enemy design and general art shined trough once more although I feel those were too many boss fights in such short amount of time, thankfully they were fun and not too hard, one was bugged I think? The laser did not hit me.

I felt the soldier character and the clone wife mother were really underused and man the dead of Giuliano hurt so bad since it was supposed to be this spooky strong entity and as soon as it goes on our side it gets absolutely decimated, I wish that was handled a bit differently but it's just my opinion since I really liked the character in previous episodes.

I also can't exactly pin point why but Julia kinda Deus Ex machina her way trough things like the protagonist of a anime fanfic and it diminishes the story a bit, I was thinking how Alesa or Mia from Pinocchigoria handled things a bit better in their particular circumstances.

Anyway I am probably just looking too hard into things as usual don't mind me.

On the other hand the barba family lore goes HARD, it was so good finally learn about the Mesiah and everyone involved as well as the specifics of the apocalypse, superb world building there!

Overall this was a solid game series, with a very solid unique graphic style and another banger collab between you guys, glad to still be here to enjoy this wonderful games.

Moriko, it's great to see you're back! The new model looks really cool!

That bug with the fourth saint...wow...I have no idea of what happened hahaha, but I'm guessing you played the first version I uploaded. The latest update fixed some boss battles and made them less tedious.

Barbara's mother was actually a last minute addition (originally, she was supposed to be a nameless maiden in Barbathiel's manor), and the idea of naming her, her saying nothing at all and having not much importance, was more of a joke on my part, but I reckon she could have been a more developed character.

I agree with what you said about the exorcist/soldier being underused. Originally, I thought about giving him a solo segment and making him fight another boss, but we were kinda running out of time and so he was "robbed" of his final moment to shine. On the other hand, he was actually supposed to die, so I guess sparing him by the end was an apologize to the character.

I reckon the Julia clone kinda feels like a Mary Sue at times, unlike Alesa. I'll admit at times I wasn't sure of how to write her/evolve her character and I was more focused on the other characters (I loved writing the evil messiah and the creepy Barbathiel). I actually had an idea to focus on the other powers (pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, etc), similar to the one you mentioned, but yeah, time constraints and it might have been a bit too demanding. This had to be released on that exact date (October 1) so some extra details had to be discarded.

NewmoniaCute's definitely the star of this saga and I'm still amazed by her designs, specially the saints. I also wanted their boss fights to be a throwback to The Sakabashira Game (and Barbathiel even has the same mechanic as the final boss of The Sakabashira Game, hitting crystals while there's a countdown).

Overall I'm really happy with the results, considering this started as a little experimental game and it was the first episodic game I've ever made, but there are definitely things that I can improve and implement in future projects.

As always, thank you so much for playing and for your feedback Moriko!
