Very nice! Really solid runner, I like the theming, very good. The dash effect is good.
I wish there was more of a delay between my death and the restart, like it waited for me to press space, let me see and understand where and how I died more, had a little animation and/or a pop-up of what I was killed by. It was really unclear that the toothbrushes were dangerous, and I kept dying pretty exclusively to them.
