I do seem to have the same issue. I checked indexing and policy and did everything I should, and yet for some reason it can't be found. Quite interesting.
edit: also devlog not showing up on developer logs neither. Feels like getting shadowbanned :D

From observing threads like this, anything between a few hours to a few weeks.
Itch does not really talk about this. All you might hear is, to not rely on being indexed for promoting your game.
My best guess is, that they ramped up their malware detection and have more false positives than before for staff to check out - and less malware that is indexed too. Like, really. It is very "quiet" these days.
My advice is to wait two weeks or so and then remind itch support that you would like to be indexed again, as it is recommended on the faq somewhere. A week later maybe create a complain thread similar to this one here.
