We are playing a VN with anthro animals and many animals such as dogs and cats will breed with there own offspring and still produce perfectly healthy offspring. Not saying I'm going to go out of my may to pursue "relations" with someone from my family but in this case it's not so bad I guess. Maybe add it as a special relationship that you need to unlock after beating the game for the first time or something.
