And with the younger sister i am never able to get her to the island with the rest of the family am i doing somethong wrong or it supposed to be like that?

There is, but it's currently only available for patrons over at Patreon. When v1.0 is released here I intend to add the walkthrough and the extra scenes edition here too as part of one of the price tiers.
It's absolutely possible to get the youngest sister to go with you, but you should have a relationship with her, otherwise you won't be able to ask her.
