Is it possible for the night scenes to be re-added?

Is it not possible for the developer to create two different versions, one without them for patreon and one with them for itch? They don't have to continue adding anymore for Act 2 but knowing they already have the scenes for Act 1 I don't think it'd be too much of a chore.
They could but I dont think they will because the scenes were kinda rape-y if you remember
A lot of things in this game are kinda rape-y but this was one of the only games that catered to somnophilia
I think the dev found loopholes around some of the scenes but sex with a sleeping person with no consent is literally rape. Either way from what I have seen the dev ignores comments about having the night scenes re-added. Idk if he has a reason
In which update were the last night scenes?
Im pretty sure 13 had them but im not sure which update they were removed
