I am looking to make two one off acrylic standees of Ystra and Orelai to populate my work area at the graduation show of my university project I talked about a while ago. However the company who I contacted to create them for me needs your permission to go ahead with creating them as its depicting art that isn't originally mine.
Would this be allowed?

They are the one who originally concepted these characters. Since it's for a school project, if you can get their permission I'll divert to their decision.
