Hi there,

first of all, i want to congratulate Amos and all the team for the great job done so far.

Now my game uploaded fine, the installation run smooth,

the last thing still giving me an error is "Launch Game" button

a message pops up "unknown error occurs..." with red cross and clicking ok close the game.

Strangely though when i click "show me the local files" and click on "mygame.exe" all run fine as intended.

So my question is why the launch button gives me such error whereas the "mygame.exe" do run well ?

Hey there,

I just installed the full version of TinyGom Racing with itch v22.2.0 and was able to launch it without any issues - both with and without the sandbox. Can you paste the contents of the file that opens when you click "Investigate problem" ?

Does it work without the sandbox? Also, is this Windows 7 ?

No with or without sandbox it craches

without sanbox it is more verbose though and W10 as you can see

I wanted to thank a lot Itch.io, Amos and the team there.
The new Itch iteration app is now making my game launching perfectly
really cool !
