I believe i read a while back maybe on the discord that they have discontinued the android version due to the size the game has grown to and the ability to compress the scenes into a small enough format while still being able to be renderable with minimal complications where they can pack it into an APK that the file sources will allow for downloading, the fact of the matter is, some of the others if not all platform downloads from these sources are broken up into muliple segments then compiled into an EXE or whatever Mac uses and so on. We on android cannot easily compact multiple files and run an exe extension or create an apk on the device without the use of a pc.
It sucks but maybe one day they'll find a way
