I turned Jarrod down in a way that allowed us to still be friends, and then pursued the political marriage path when the option became available while continuing my romance with Gisette as normal. I then automatically got the option of talking to Gisette about marrying Jarrod on the political marriage path.

I did that but Gisette told me I am not cut out for marriage with her brother. Uncertain if that's about personality or skills - I tried upping my self defense and cunning as everything else was quite high, but to no avail. Maybe you need to be immoral/selfish?

Hmm I went in with high immoral bar and still haven't received the offer yet with friendship Jarrod and romance Gisette. Maybe i'm just missing something else then unfortunately

Do you remember when/how you got the option to talk to Gisette about marrying Jarrod? I friendzoned Jarrod in Week 3 and chose political marriage so I could secretly romance Gisette. But I ended up getting Gisette's normal romance ending (beauty bonus on NG+)

I fixed this so it should be more obvious (during Jarrrod's pol marriage conversation) for 1.06 <3

What week is Jarrod's political marriage conversation? I'm still getting Gisette's ending. I've tried with both an ethical Revaire and immoral Corval MC.

During the W3 matchmaker conversation, I asked about Jarrod until she said that political marriages are arranged at the end of the summit. But I never got the chance to follow up on that?

One of the free time options will be to look into political marriages. I don't remember what it's called exactly but I think it's the bottom choice. You need to select that a couple of times to be able to arrange a political marriage.
