Mhmmmmmm... I'd like to see where in the law it says "You can make child porn of non real children" And just because you can, doesn't mean you should, I don't care what goes through your mind when you do that, but it's not okay, never will be. And believe it or not, but a lot. A LOT. of people find that rather gross, because well. It is.
It's more like there's no law that prevents you from doing so. In fact, in America, it is protected by the second amendment.
I agree, there's no law against this but I just want to add a minor correction. "Freedom of speech," in other words "freedom of expression," is protected First Amendment, not the Second, the Second Amendment is about the "right to bear arms."
