The developer already said why he doesn't do a standalone application for Android because it's too big. You don't need to download all of JoiPlay's plugins just the two required for Ren'Py games. With JoiPlay you can have all your games in one launcher and you don't have to a lot of icons on your home screen or app drawer.

It is stored in the Android webcache folder which you need root to access, but even with root permissions the location is determined by how the manufacturer modified the system. It's hard to locate on a rooted device, I tried. You can try JoiPlay which I use for RPG Maker MV games it store the save files in the game folder.
It's not going to happen. As stated on RPG Maker website, "RPG Maker MV is still compatible with macOS 10.10-10.15 but will not be compatible with macOS Big Sur 11.0 or later."
According to JoiPlay it's not an emulator (software that enables one computer system (called the host) to behave like another computer system (called the guest)) it's an interpreter (a program that can analyze and execute a program line by line). So it can't run Unity games because it would to emulate Windows API (certain DLL files) to run. That's Unity games have to be specifically compiled for Android. JoiPlay can only run RPG Maker XP/VX/VX Ace/MV/MZ, Ren'Py, TyranoBuilder, and HTML (not HTML5). Source: JoiPlay
Sorry I am late, I rarely check notifications on here. I just wanted to add the assets he used were not permitted by Illusion, the developer of Honey Select, or there western retailer and publisher Fakku who released it under the name Honey Select: Unlimited. Here's the source: FAKKU Addresses Unauthorized Use of Honey Select Assets
It's not like anyone would report this game so it is safe.
The software he uses is this game Honey Select which is technically a scene creator. Here's the English version with screenshots. But he could also be using sequel Honey Select 2.
Runey42 said he can't compile to Android any without drastically reducing the quality of the images.
Here are the instructions he posted updated with images and links by me:
- Download the PC version of the game.
- Unpack the .zip using RAR or your desired unpacking tool.
- Download JoiPlay and the Ren'py plugin through the Google Play store.
- Launch JoiPlay, when your on the main menu click the "+" button on the bottom right. Enter game name, version and (optional) game icon.
- On the "Executable File" click Choose and go to the location where you downloaded the game, when inside the unpacked game folder choose the .exe game file and click Choose. When all information looks correct, feel free to click on the "Add" button.
- You're now done and good to go. Have fun! (You may also want to move saves around)
