This is the weirdest game I've played this jam... and it's also one of my favorites. It's super polished and it was a really unique take on the topic. The physics is really impressive, especially how fluid pulling asteroids and planets is. The art is really well done too, and making progress feels rewarding. The only thing I think would make this game better is having more landmarks, such as stars in the sky, since getting lost can happen pretty easily.

Fantastic work!!

Ayy, beat this one. Very funny concept and I liked how you needed to kill your new friends to add metal to the world. Nice take on the concept. After I finished evolving one planet, I was expecting to have to make a solar system of several planets since I found a couple planets scattered about, but it seems to end after just one. It'd be pretty cool to have to colonize several planets if you add onto this in the future. Also, pitch black space is scary, man. I don't think there are any boundaries, so you can really get lost out there if you just go for it. Like others have said, having a starry background or something will make it feel less scary to venture off into the unknown. Also, why do I feel like you hid an easter egg somewhere out in space? Overall, very nice game. Thanks for making it!

Edit: I added your game to my list of favorites from the jam here. Check it out if you want to try some other great games!

A bit weird, but I like it! I would advise to make the interaction a bit more obvious. I was not sure my bucket was filled the first time and hit space, to see it being spilled.

Being in the complete dark is a bit frustrating, I feel lost. Maybe you could add some indicators for planets you visited!

Congrats for your entry!

Awesome idea and implementation, altough the bottle had me confused untill it was full. Also i was so anxious to go find the asteroid in the pure darkness, maybe some stars will help with that, but wonderful game nonetheless

I like the character and the game idea. I think you could make the player faster. Plz check out my game if u can :)

Very nice art. However, i feel like the game is very static and, although interesting for a few minutes, the gameplay feels quite grindy imo

Love the concept (and the appearance of the flying spaghetti monster!), but couldn't find an asteroid :(
