This was a fun little game to mess around in and cheese the boss. The recorded commentary made it a nice little diary too. Hope you do well with the little one and can find time to play more with making games in future.

Wow, I just saw this reply as I'm digging around itchio since I've submitted a game to wizard jam 10. The little one is 2 and he has a younger brother now! Thanks for playing the game, I really enjoyed seeing someone experience it and listen to the commentary. For what it's worth, I believe there's a counter so that the more you shoot the better your weapon gets.

I got to (what I assume is the end boss) twice and he got me. Pretty tough little game, but I like a lot of what you have here. The strange muted, electronic sounds are nice, and the increasing abilities are also cool. Think I could use a little feedback when I am hitting the enemies or something. At first I didn't think I was doing anything to them at all.
