I was initially struck by the rich weight and oomph that the bass and percussion give in this track which had my whole body grooving from the beginning. Your choice for the melody instrument has a nice round attack with a synthy reverb that is reminiscent of music from the 70s or 80s (I’m thinking like Vangelis). I can imagine this track playing in a dark smokey cyberpunk-like casino setting.

Constructive feedback: I think you have a good sense of groove, which is quite consistent throughout and the variations in the sample and percussion create a very nice beat throughout. I wonder if adding additional variation in the other elements might help keep the momentum moving forward. One spot that felt a little stagnant is when the melody instrument drops out and the bass is left to “solo” and it repeats the same phrase ending on the major third of the scale (F#). I wonder if mixing that up to maybe land on the root note (D) might help a little with the tension and release that could drive a little more harmonic interest. The lower octave of the bass is also making the sound a little muddy and I think it would sound good with just the one bass line.

Overall, this vibe is well-suited for a dark casino setting and I had a lot of fun grooving to it! Nice work and thank you for sharing!

Nice animation! The atmosphere of the track is good, but as charystuj have said, i't be nice to work more with structure and melody. Overall track should has intro/verse/chorus/interlude/chorus2/outro (or some variations). This structure will work in most of the cases. I wish you all the best in your musical journey!

Haha, love this one just because of the ear candy lets go gambing voice :D

But honestly, you gotta work a bit more on structure and harmony; the melody behind sounds just a bit chaotic, like you went and out random notes in the piano roll; they lack direction, conclusion, high moments etc. You can browse some melody/harmony guides on YT; IT should help!

+1 point for the charming animation on the video tho haha

Thank you for your comment. I agree with the melody, im not that good at making music. But I am trying. Thanks for describing what I need to improve on, I will look into it. also glad you like the animation. :D
