Gave it high marks because maybe my bias toward "Elevator music if we're throwing ourselves in to the hilt is partly about the annoyingness of elevator music as a trope in a humorous way" you didn't quite abruptly stop-start like the "I Dream of Jeannie" theme but you kept it steady-pace which in its way is closer than maybe going to far into ribbing people.  Nicely done.

Interesting chords that work pretty well for the theme! A bit more variation would be nice, on the progression itself or just rythmically. 

2:30 is a nice change in pace, but some variations could also happen earlier.

I also agree with the bass part. It could be in a lower range/louder. At 2:05 it's good.

i think you're missing the bass for the whole song except for the last part, might have to do with the automation you have for it. otherwise pretty solid submission
