Really fluid! Intro into gameplay was excellent. I see in below comments that you intend to put a timer in, that was my main suggestion to help track different events. But, I did love the animations and visual cues. Maybe one suggestion is the length of the sabers or letting the player walk closer, as I felt a bit locked into my position and found myself really wanting to get closer to cubes for better accuracy!

If you get a sec this week, would love for you to check my out submission and drop feedback/a rating! https://itch.io/jam/vr-super-jam/rate/1249489

I liked all parts of the game, graphics, sound, intro. Only negative is in the small area I test in was hard to play and couldn't play seated.

Captain, I lose!
Cool idea, though it took me a while to realize you can only "hit" the cubes once the arrows disappear. The hand-swap melts my brain, I think it'd be a good idea to give some visual/audio cue to players when the swap is about the occur so they don't freak out and/or accidentally lose the game. Nicely done!

Its gonna ruin my beat saber game .. lol

Its a good concept for the theme and surprising how tricky it gets.

Only small issue was that the poles changed sometimes as I was about to hit the cube throwing my game. But I still went back to try again, probably something to do with my OCD.

Would be good if a later challenge they were coming at you and then the arrow disappears and you have to hit them.

Good job on the game.

Hahaha, Thanks for the feedback.
Ya initially we thought of doing it that way, but we did not want to do a complete Beat Saber rip-off.
I guess we need to add a canvas showing when the poles would change.

From the outside, I must have looked ridiculous with my hand crossed in strange positions, that mean it's a good vr game xD
Maybe you should add a visible timer? Or audible? That detail apart, it was nice :)
What did you use to make the tutorial voice? (also good job for the tutorial, it always takes so much time to make)

Hahaha, ya I guess it would have looked something like Gangnam style.
Ya, we wanted to add a timer but did not have enough time in the end. Glad you liked the tutorial. We used this: https://ttsmp3.com/ , You can even make conversation using that, which was used in my first VR jam as well.

nice game. I loved the tutorial, it was nice to see, don't see them too often in game jam games.
