I enjoyed playing your game although I really did not figure how upgrades work. I think all I did was throwing wood into the fire and increasing the difficulty but I could not figure out how to spend wood for upgrades.

I like the visual and the music and how the character feels. The little jump when you attack is a nice little detail.

There were some bug like missing enemies or wood that is dropped inside of the wall, but I'm sure you can fix that.

I didn't bought any upgrade so I don't know if the weapon will change but what I think would really make the game even cooler would be a different weapon. The blast is nice but it's not really interesting to you. You just spam the attack key and try to keep your distance. Maybe think about some projectiles like in Binding in Isaac. This could fit your game pretty. Just an idea :)

Overall a nice game and when the bugs are gone at some point I will check it out again and buy some upgrades. Good job!

this was a nice game. the bounciness of the character makes it more alive, that coupled with the music and that autumn setting makes this game stand out more. I know this was said before but sometimes, the enemies wouldn't spawn in so I'm just stuck pondering the meaning of life. but with that being the only problem, this game was nice. I hope you can fully flesh it out so that I can play even more

Don't worry buddy. I'm planning to launch a update for the game really soon

To be honest I found this game a little confusing. There were times when enemies stopped spawning, and I don't really understand why. I feel like a more in depth tutorial would go a long way with this game. Other than that though, I enjoyed it! Good job.

Thanks for you reply. Yes, it's a bug that I couldn't fix in time. I tried to mitigate with a different code but the RNG of the spawner just go bonkers and the enemy spawning gets a little weird. I'll try to fix it afterwards.
