Very promising start of a game, and great art style. The tiny pixel font is unfortunately quite hard to read.
A really nice premise here! I enjoyed the artwork, and the writing was very sincere and realistic for such a heavy topic. It took me awhile to realize the wand wasn't in the house and that I could leave, and then I got stuck in the woods where I couldn't see my character anymore, but I enjoyed what I did play! Sounds would of course help sell the emotional impact that you are going for.
Hello! Thank you so much for checking out my game. I will do better prompts in my next update so that players know where to go and what to do next. It's a pity I didn't get to test run it before submission! If not you'd have gotten to the Crossroads with even more characters showing up :D

I really like the limited palette for the art and it's a very nice premise! Unfortunately I got stuck trying to find the wand, even after a few laps interacting with everything. Really nice vibes though
