This was great - really clever take on the theme! Also love the little details you added in - like the broken heart on the surviving partner. I think the visuals, the music and the gameplay all mesh together really well!

Shame it went over time but this is a great entry!

Wow this is really impressive regardless of the time. I love the take on the theme and the whole context of the hate/love rather than just randomly moving different directions. Last level was pretty difficult but it was a great progression!

Game fits the theme well, shame it went over time. If you can next time, you could likely submit a partial build before time, and submit a full build for players to try out outside of the one done in the time limit.

Gameplay was easy to figure out, and difficulty curve was well balanced. The last level works best if you take a few iterations of the hazards to work out where your safe spaces are and plan to act based on those.

I love (no pun intented) your usage of the theme. It had its own personality.

The final level was quite frustrating honestly, because you needed to act quite fast. The mobile version would be easier in the sense that you don't actually need to move your mouse. Here, playing on a pc, it practically feels like a limitation where it actually takes time to switch the attitude.

I really liked the sound effects. The lack of ambience sounds was a bit weird. Music would probably ruin the atmosphere, but instead adding some other sound (e.g. wind howling) would help improve the atmosphere.

The graphics also gave this game so style of its own. The final baloon looked odd, but I guess that there is a certain charm to it in a way. It looks nice!

Really cool game! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Thank you so much for the detailed review. Most don't take the time to go so in-depth, and its very appreciated!

A very good point on the input on PC, something I never even thought of. It will have to be addressed, especially in a timing game like this.

Interestingly, there actually is an ambient sound throughout the levels (and it is a wind howl! :) ). There seems to be an issue with it playing consistently on some browser iterations, I've noticed this in other projects as well.

I love your observation on the balloon, your choice of the word "odd" to describe it fits in exactly with the title and theme of the game!

Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks again for the feedback!

While double the three hours the game idea is rather fun to play around with and the effects are well made.
