Although the exact reasons behind the healthbar decreasing and increasing made me a bit confused.

Zombie blood is toxic if touch you , it'll effect you health badly (hint : shoot form far range)
I like the shooting mechanics! and maybe it would be good to look for consistent assets in the unity asset store to get something closer to what you have in mind! fun little game for so little time tho!

There is a good potential of a game here, having a consistent art style would improve, maybe also darker game, give it more of mood-setting.
