Such an addictive and refined gameplay loop for a jam game. The overall aesthetic is coherent and cute as well. The game also felt very responsive and felt nice to play. Amazing work, no critiques here!

Very good game kub, simple and easy to understand right away. The only thing I don't get is why is space bar and left-click separated. My highscore is 7100!

Thank you so much!

At first the serve/refill & attack were separated buttons, but we changed the enemy to be more streamline then ended up changing to left click for everything.

Then we did some testing to see if people like space or left click more, and they were roughly the same amount. You can actually use either left click or space bar on anything. We just thought the tutorial look more organized when serve and refill are on different input since one of them requires tap and another is hold.  Sorry for the confusion😅

The gameplay is so good; it has the same mechanics as the cafe mini game in Kirby and the Forgotten Lands. Have you played it before? Were you inspired?

Thank you! We're glad you like it!

Yes, we were inspired by Waddle Dee Café mini-game in Forgotten Land. Several things were cut due to the time limit, so the overall feel was very similar to that game. (But with  an enemy disrupt mechanic on top of it)
