Simple game with a simple message, very much on theme! The art and characters are have a nice charm to them, the sfx and music also fit really well. The controls are easy to understand and the hints are just vague enough that you still feel a sense of accomplishment when you get the delivery right :)
RatPrince Lucius, thank you for taking the time to play our game. I am glad you enjoyed it
What a charming gem of a game! It was fun trying to figure out which package belongs to who and satisfying when you deliver the correct one. The character's stories are sweet. A few more hints would be nice to avoid trial and error, and I found the player character to be a little off-putting when they are standing still with their palms stretched out. I really like the 2.5D art style with the ability to change depth using the crosswalks. Great work!
hey it's Chris :)
I'm so glad I played your game. Though simple, I could really tell that you guys put in the heart--from the crispy clean opening cover, to the tough looking guy with a sensitivity towards his given name, to the hard-working mechanic that inspired her sister. And the voice acting, too! I can tell how much fun you guys had with whatever little was given to me.
If you guys kept working on this, it might be interesting to lean even more in to the puzzle-delivery mechanic. I know there was no penalty, but I challenged myself to piece together which package goes to whom. I found most to be touching, but it was hard to see that the private school boy's package was face cream, and there were some letters / small packages that don't necessarily give off any hints as to belong to who.
Amazing, heartfelt jam job!
