I’m wondering if we could make a game that LOOKS like a console in UNITY because I don’t know how to program consoles. I’m 99% sure the rules said we could, but it wasn’t directly said whether or not we could use game engines. Thanks.

It should be fine, but be careful of graphical bugs in the console, unlike using an actual console.
