Could be a good platformer if there was a little more control over the ball's momentum, it slides off the platform way too easily.

I gave up at the second stage.

The ball dash speed is so fast that there is no time to swap colors.

Also, eliminating WASD movement and space jumps could make the game simpler and more unique.

Interesting and cool concept! Controls made it little to hard ( had issues getting on first platform), felt slippery and playing using touchpad made it close to impossible.
Visually its simple and clear, missing the audio part.
Nice work!

Nice game but very difficult

Like your idea for the game. In my opinion player should be a square so it does not roll making it easier to control. Also changing dash to left shift like most games. I think that with some changes it would be a even better game.

Developer

The dash was originally on the shift, but I decided to put both abilities on the mouse so aiming and using them at the same time was easier. Or at least it was to me.

It's a nice interpretation of the theme. I got past the first level but couldn't kill the first boss. If the controls were tightened up a bit, I think it would play a lot better. Seems like a good candidate for controller support as well and maybe a "slow time" mechanic while you aim which direction to dash in. Cool concept, and I like the minimalist look of it. Feels like there's a lot of potential to build on it!

Developer

Thanks! looks like the controls are one of the biggest problems of the game, maybe I should've invested more time on that.

Controls are too slippery.

Cool idea.  Very difficult.

I never quite got the hang of the dash and how to slow down after. I died about 20 times before finally giving up.

Neat innovative game though.
