For fairness, we prefer that entries be made during the jam period, at least most of the work.
But if you already have a project that you’d like to adapt or improve for the jam,
that’s okay as long as you clearly state what’s new.
The jam is about preservation and creativity, not strict competition.
If in doubt, just be transparent (mention what you added during the jam in the entry description)
and focus on adding something fresh!
Well interestingly in my case I do already have a Demo out, but its...drastically expanded beyond the original concept. So I'm not even sure I'd have it in by the end of the jam.
