Describe the improvement that you have been working for this jam
- **important** I'm doing the work on https://gleameil.github.io/in and https://gleameil.github.io/out, **not** the itch game, so the project page I'm submitting is unrelated
- making it look ok on mobile
- adding comments and console logging to the code
- may get to adding some content 🤞🏻

Ok, I started playing within the github version. I played on PC, not mobile so didn't check that yet. No major issues getting stuck anywhere. The out link doesn't seem to work, but it seems I can get there by clicking on the window in the apartment. Didn't make it far through the story parts, but I like the apartment part, and the sound effect for click outside are a nice touch (I found myself wanted to click on rhythm). Anyway, very interesting. I'll keep an eye out as you progress!
Thank you :) This is great feedback — yeah, the window in the apartment does indeed do it! I’m glad you enjoyed the sound effects, I was proud of them (use Web Audio API OscillatorNodes and hastily dusted off music theory from years ago)
Thanks so much for checking it out!
Oops, need to read instructions before playing. Well, I'll give you a comment on Chaos dancing since I played it. I really dug it. Writing was really good (surprisingly so, as other games like this I've played on itch tend to be a little rough in terms of writing). I chuckled at the wall of text with the all caps instructions halfway through "YOU DON"T NEED TO READ ALL THIS" or something like that. Geocities aesthetic fits. I don't feel I can make any suggestions as you seem to have a strong vision, so I'll just leave it at that. Thanks for making it! I'll check out the github now.
Hey, apologies and thanks so much for checking this out :D Glad you enjoyed it!
Aaa dang it, comma. Good to know about music :). Got rid of “about” for mobile but should add it back in a hamburger menu. Thank you!
In: in quizes - the "About" part is missing on mobile vs normal screen
In: in music - the titles overflow each other on mobile
out: I think you accidentally put coma on the link
Loved the art :)
