My feedback would mirror @vivax's. I also want to add one other thing. I managed to get to level 5 and unfortunately the player starts trapped inside a box with a smaller hole than the player, which makes it impossible to continue...
The game is VERRRY clunky and feels super bad to play. No music and the game isn't very good to look at. When working on game jams I'd recommend putting more time into these.
Death is usually not a part of a foddian game, the idea is that you fall (or otherwise progress backward) to the beginning when you fail, this gives players a chance to catch themself.
There should also be a bit of a breathing room when a new level loads to give you a chance to move your cursor so you don’t instantly die, deaths you can’t reasonably avoid aren’t fun, when a player fails, it should be the player’s fault.
