I dig the characters quite a bit. The idea of the two layers of character interactions definitely keeps it interesting. Is it procedural or various chunks that are randomized?

The hitboxes were hard to understand - I'd recommend a little leeway on the hurtbox of the characters. It would be cool to have different colors for the arrow shooters based on their speed, because sometimes I couldn't make a decision to go or not because I wasn't sure the rate of fire. Walking through that one golden downspike trap was an "ohh I can do that??" moment.

This is the good start of something!

Nice animations. Appreciate the random/procedural generation of the level. Besides having sound, I would recommend decreasing the amount of time to go back to the main menu to about 3 seconds or perhaps add a way to press for instance space or E to skip the time and go back to the main menu.

Adding sound to the shooting of the arrows would the player understand the rhythm or frequency of the shooting arrows so they can better plan their next move.
