I think Math Tycoon is really fun! One idea that might improve the experience is to start with easier math problems and gradually increase the difficulty over time. That way, new players can get comfortable before facing tougher challenges. Keep up the great work!
Hello! Your game was very fun, and I liked the mechanics of the calculator. I also liked that the setting this game takes place in is a realistic scenario, which means that the players of this game could apply these skills in real world environments! Great job, and I'm excited to see how your game will improve over time!
Thank you very much for your support
Great work! The slower pace is great for being able to talk through problems with kids, and you did a great job with the formatting & display of the math problems. I do think you might want to have some milestone markers to encourage your players along the way to the 100,000 goal; they may get discouraged from reaching it without some kind of positive feedback other than an increasing balance. Very nice concept, and I really like the 8-bit style!
We believe that this type of game is very interesting for children because it is based on everyday situations and characters. Some ideas we have come up with are to change the objective from the total amount of money to be collected to a general satisfaction level that goes up or down, and to have workday cycles with a certain number of customers (the objective being to see how many days you can keep the store open). Include a positive feedback loop so that if you manage to make several perfect returns, it accumulates with a multiplier, and a negative feedback loop so that if you fail several times, it helps you by lowering the difficulty (for example, a customer comes in who has paid the right price).
I see your point, you're absolutely right. If I continue with this game, I'll do just that. Thank you very much.
I think the 100k is a really big goal that you need to hit, that could probably be smaller (or have it build up in phases). but i like the shop idea a lot and it's clear what you need to do. the customer animations are also pretty funny heh
oh and the game window is really small, but maybe thats on my end?

Thanks for the comment, I plan to make changes. It's a prototype, with more scenarios, characters, and a full-screen version, adaptable for Android and Windows. Your game is very good, I tested it.
