The Lost Ones seems like a good opportunity for an escape room type game, but I fear that my coding/visual graphics abilities won't do it justice. There is still some time before the jam begins, so until then I'll explore some code and see what my code limitations are, I might not have the coding ability to help bring that idea appropriately to life. Perhaps others that work in Godot or Unity and full 3d gaming would be better suited -- your scenario would be awesome when implemented well enough in such an engine.
.. And since there are 5,341 already Joined, there is more than likely a much better team out there to do that great story the justice it deserves. Keep open to other teams, closer to Jam start you will likely have a better team to meet the needs of those ideas. I'll keep in touch as we near the start, by then I'll know a little better the limits of the code I can help come up with, but for sure it won't be near as immersive as what many have done with Godot and Unity in 3d Worlds.
The Lost Ones sounds really great! Are you still looking for someone? I am mainly a composer (Tribal/Dark Ambient, or anything else) but also kind of a wildcard as I can program in Godot or Unity (or even Unreal, I can adapt) and I can also make weird visual stuff with programming languages like Processing (maybe this can be used in some way as well, not sure), recently I started to approach shaders (in Godot but this can be adapted to unity I think) and material making, so a total beginner in those two last fields but I am improving fast. I am not a professional in anything (maybe music more than any other thing tho) but I think I can get quite experimental and creative with what I do. Let me know if I am needed! :)
