This is a very well-written piece of interactive fiction. I like how the setup for this story hints at the underlying coercion and power at play but there is still a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty. The choices presented to the reader were framed well and did reflect very interesting internal dilemmas, even if maybe a little too specific to be binary. I am really interested to see how this story plays out, particularly the morbid themes hinted at by the content warning and how they integrate into the existing narrative. There is a good flow to the prose and it is very evocative without being excessive. Really looking forward to the continuation of this story - let me know if/when it gets updated!

Thanks for submitting this game to the SCREAM EMPIRE game jam!

This was very well written and very intriguing! I hope you get to finish it soon! I really like choice games.

I would suggest you'd put a music on the background. There are some great record labels, like CryoChamber, that allow you to use one of their songs if your project is non-commercial.

Great stuff, keep it up!

Thank you very much! I'm trying my best to juggle writing and real life and I hope to put out a finished version soon. Also I'll definitely check out the music.

Nice story! I really liked it. It falls a bit short now but I'll play it again when it's finished.

Developer

Thank you! I know that unfortunately it's very short, but I hope to complete it soon.

The story is good and close to the theme and I like that it's a bit non-liner. But that's all

Developer

unfortunately I didn't have the time to finish it! The second part contains the horror bits, I promise. And thank you for the comment.
