Description
J-Rock, Art Rock. I composed this track using an amazing 8 bit processor DAW called FamiStudio. I spent days listening to the whoñe thing trying to capture each important piece and structure to the song.
My favorite part was making the chorus because its what got me hooked to the song in the first place.
I learned how to train my ear more to hearing the music, newer methods to composing a song, and how to add a bit more feelings to my songs.

Great job taking the work from a show and changing up the style while staying true to the original song. Using the chiptune sounds makes this feel like it belongs in a classic video game which is a really cool effect. Great work and thank you for sharing!

Nice bitcrushed combo of rythmn, melody & harmony

This is pretty good, I like how intricate some of this is! I believe that some parts sound not as mixed/blended together at times, but that's not too much of an issue. Great job with everything!

Thanks!! I tried my best to capture the feel of it for practice and improvement. And I definitely realized now there were areas of sounds that didnt go well. 💀

Great job! I think you did really well overall. I think the one thing I noticed is that it feels a bit cluttered at moments, I'm not very familiar with creating 8 bit music but I feel like it would work well to either simplify the number of layers at certain points, or maybe it's just how the mix is balanced. Regardless, I listened to the original because I'd never heard it and you did a really great job keeping the feel of the original in yours.

Ayy thank you for the detailed feedback! Youre right, after hearing it again a bit, I heard some parts sounded in disharmony and really off. Most likely, from selecting the wrong notes and, as you stated, putting too much instruments. I'll definitely keep this in mind for future songs! 😀🤝
