Love the look! SImple but effective.
Marvelous! I shot everything :)
Good thinking! Gotta use that unlimited ammo somehow haha thanks for playing!! I'll make sure that I play your (and everyone elses in my comments) game. I love seeing people's creativity and imagination!
The music is great and adheres to the tone of the atmosphere. I suggest informing the player to not shoot the deer to increase UX. Well done!
For sure, for sure. I really have a bad habit of not informing people how to play which can leave much to be desired for the player. Imma make sure I start implementing tutorials or at the very least a "how to play" section in the game. Thanks for playing even though the user experience was lacking 😅
Conchy dpi!
Thanks man! You a real one 🤛 I tried using a pixel art upscaling tool I made for this project and I didn't scale things to a neat ratio but I think it turned out alright. Also, watch out for a pixel art upscaling tool from me 👀 it'll be an offline desktop tool so people don't have to use sites like lospec which can slow and have a queue
I didn't kill the deer. Why do I have to kill the deer? Why does the deere kills me? What is wrong with the deers at that forest?!
Loved the aethetics
Haha yeah.... There is some lore behind it all that I never explained. Hopefully I'm able to come back to this again and add a tutorial and some background as to what's happening in the game world. Thanks for playing!! I really appreciate it 😊
I like this! It took me a second to realise there's deer and alien-looking baddies so I may have gotten a few game over/resets without knowing why (゚ー゚) but after I noticed the sprite differences it became a lot easier lol
PS: Love the use of open source (Godot)
A reoccurring theme with the games I make is that I didn't explain them well enough (if at all) and I will definitely make sure to spend time making a tutorial for future projects to hopefully increase the fun for each project. Thanks for playing!!
Don't worry too much, it was very obvious once I noticed it and I still had fun playing ヽ( ^-^)/
