What did you revive?
Diablerie - an old board game idea. We had the basic mechanics and narrative flavour, but we hadn't yet brought everything together to make an actually playable game.

Did you use any modifiers? If so which?
Skeleton ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ’€
"Early to bed, late to rise" - though we had to spend an extra day polishing

What was your goal? Did you succeed? Any noteworthy lessons?
Our goal: to have a playable prototype
Sub Goal: Add "Furniture" to the game

It was a success! Though the game needs a lot of playtesting for balance etc.
Noteworthy lessons:
- There are a lot of basic rules and ideas in board games that need to be explained to audiences. So making the rulebook takes a LOT of time and revision.
- If you can't explain how something works, then it needs to be reworked

Who all worked on your submission?
@Jana Cruz
@Ben Hudson

Did you use any noteworthy assets in your project? If so what?
Prototype was made in Tabletop Simulator (TTS)
- All 3D board game objects (chess board, dice, tokens etc.) come with the TTS editor
Cards were put together in Canva

Otherwise, we made an effort to create as many of our own assets as possible (especially the art!)

As someone who enjoys playing tabletop games this really seems like something my friends I would enjoy! I downloaded it on table top and checked it out. The art is very beautiful, and it seems perfect to make my friends play for Halloween!

Thanks for checking it out! We'll probably keep updating it after the jam as well.

I do not have tabletop simulator so I unfortunately cannot rate your game fairly. Do you have a video or something I could watch to get a better impression of what it is?

Otherwise I will base my rating upon the imagery and the rulebook.

Ah yes, that is something we're considering at the moment! We realize this game is quite hard to access due to the needed software. We're gonna try to hopefully squeeze a video in sometime on the weekend (fingers crossed) but otherwise we've updated the itchio page with pdfs of the cards and added some screenshots.

Thank you for that!

Read through quite a bit of the manual and skimmed the rest, I gave you guys a good rating, this seems well-thought out and fun. If a vid looks great I will raise it some more.
