Hey thanks! You're right i hadn't gotten to the end state just yet, I've been working on the core dungeoneering experience of the game so far. Since that build I have added quite a few more monsters and items to the game. as well as making each level slightly smaller for less empty area.
Lol yes its 'G' to grab things, and 'i' for inventory. Running into things will attack them (enemies) or open them (doors), the game is still very rough but I am working on a lot of systems for it. :) I took inspiration from the old Ultima games for the art :) Ill be updating the game with more items in next few days.
Really neat! I love the graphics, something I would have played for hours when I was a kid. I am a little confused by how to interact with things. I see armor, but I cannot pick it up. Another thing looks like bread, but again I don't know what to do with it.
Combat works, however, it seems a bit unbalanced. The first two lashers went down fairly quickly. The third one took me all the way down to 9% health before I had to run away. For a low level monster, maybe adding a modifier that will increase the chances of a hit each time the player misses...

Nice graphics! I included it in my ProcJam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Okay, I picked up the ringmail, but I don't know what key I pressed :)
