It has some smooth action and excellent effects. The issue with the gameplay was that I found myself being propelled away from the action, ending up in an empty screen waiting for the enemies to catch up. Without some auxiliary movement capabilities, it felt awkward to turn my back to the enemy and shoot just to get closer to them. Nice work overall.
thanks! Yeah, that's a big issue that I need to figure out how to solve. I don't want to add more input, so it will probably be more along the lines of making a fixed play area that bounces you back 😁
