I think there are a lot of areas in which you could improve it - there are a lot of times where either a black screen or an animation takes up a long time, which doesn't seem necessary. And for dialogue, it would be really useful to make it advance using a "next" button or so, rather than having it all continue only after a certain time. That would make it easier for people that read fast to get through the dialogue without having to wait all the time, and those reading slower could still continue at their own pace.

It's concept is somewhat decent but overall a great game with decent visuals.
